TKZ is a modern innovative enterprise with a wide range for the production of lifting equipment for various purposes for leading industries.

Taking into account the policy of import substitution, production of marine and offshore cranes in cooperation with the company Sormec (Italy). Modern machine Park, own design office and a technical partnership with a major foreign company allow SCC to manufacture and supply high quality lifting equipment of any complexity according to European standards.

To increase the depth of localization in the production of marine and offshore cranes and expanding the range of products in 2013, the plant acquired a plot of 3 Hectares for construction of a new plant. Currently, this site hosts two stand the test of ship's cranes.

The function of the vessel's cranes

Ship cranes are special lifting devices mounted on adapted for this swimming facilities. The main function of the ship crane is lifting a variety of loads on Board of a ship or unloading of cargo overboard.

In most cases the ship's crane has a structure similar to that of a jib crane on a column. On what work the ship's crane must perform depends on both its design and technical equipment. The console of the crane can be solid, sliding or folding, as well as a combination of retractable and folding consoles.

Selection of the type of crane, its equipment and devices is based on consoles ands conditions of work and functional requirements.

TKZ can supply a full range of cranes in accordance with the requirements of the Customer and satisfy all their requirements. The product range is quite wide, ranging from small loading cranes with lifting capacity of 10 metric tons to cranes drilling rigs with a lifting capacity of 4,000 metric tons. Each crane is individually designed, but the General purpose is the handling, any upgrades bodies truck suspension, boat, boats, underwater and surface marine vehicles.

Basic models

Hydraulic crane marine version with a straight shaft (Grips) - SA. Fully hydraulic crane marine performancetion with hard arrow on slewing bearings driven by hydraulic motors, ranging from 10-3000 metric tons.

Crane with rigid boom, marine version (mzhs-01-15). Marine crane with rigid boom on the support-rotary mechanism of a hydraulic, electrohydraulic or electric drive, capacity from 2 to 200 tons, boom from 6 to 55 meters and a total weight of from 2.5 to 220 tons.

Hydraulic crane marine performance with a folding boom (GCMs) - EL. Fully hydraulic crane with folding boom marine performance on the support-rotating bearing, load capacity from 10 to 3000 metric tons.

 

Marine crane with folding jib (MSS-01-20). Fully hydraulic marine crane with folding boom slewing bearing, load capacity from 2 to 200 tons, boom from 8 to 55 meters and weighing from 3 to 350 tons. Foldable boom design of the crane allows you to work with large loads due to the larger free space under the boom.

Hydraulic crane marine performance telescopic boom (Gcmd) - TL. Fully hydraulic crane marine performance telescopic boom on the support-rotary device. Capacity from 10 to 3000 metric tons. Thanks to the folding design of the boom, the crane has a smaller envelope in position for marching.

 

A telescopic boom crane, marine version (MTS-01-15). Marine telescopic boom crane on the support-rotary mechanism of a hydraulic, electrohydraulic or electric actuator. Capacity from 10 to 3000 metric tons, a boom length of from 6 to 40 meters and a total weight of the crane from 3 to 150 tons. Thanks to the folding design of the boom, the crane has a smaller envelope in position for marching.

Hydraulic crane marine performance, with folding telescopic boom (Gcmsd) – KN. Fully hydraulic crane marine performance, with folding telescopic boom on the support-rotary device with capacity from 10 to 500 metric tons. Thanks to the articulated joint and a telescopic design, the crane takes up minimum space in the position of travelling.

Fully hydraulic marine folding crane with telescopic boom for slewing bearing, load capacity from 2 to 200 tons, boom from 8 to 55 meters and weighing from 3 to 300 tons. Foldable boom design of the crane allows you to work with large loads due to the larger free space under the boom. Due to the telescopic design, the crane takes up minimum space in the position of travelling.

Hydraulic crane marine performance hinged folding telescopic articulated boom (Gcmsd) - EL/TL. Fully hydraulic crane marine execution with articulated, foldable telescopic boom on the support-rotary bearing and the GRUzo - lifting capacity from 10 to 1500 metrical tons. Swivel and telescopic design boom, the crane takes up minimum space in the position of travelling.

Marine crane with folding boom and telescopic section (MSTS-01-22). Fully hydraulic marine crane with an arrow of a rigid structure and a telescopic element on the support-rotary mechanism. Crane lifting capacity from 500 kg to 32 tons, a boom length of from 1.5 to 20 meters and a total weight of the crane from 200 kg to 50 tons. Due to the hinge design and the telescoping boom, the crane takes up minimum space in the position of travelling.

Hydraulic crane marine version with two swivel foldable telescopic boom (ha-Mm) - FB. Fully hydraulic crane marine version with two swivel foldable telescopic boom on the support-rotary bearing or the worm-pinion mechanism, lifting capacity from 5 can deliver up to 120 metric tons. The crane is designed for mounting in very confined working space, has minimum overall dimensions in traveling.

Marine crane telescopic boom (MMT-01-15). Fully hydraulic marine crane with telescopic boom with the implementation of the slewing bearing or a worm-pinion mechanism. Crane lifting capacity from 500 kg to 32 tons, a boom length of from 1.5 to 20 meters and a total weight of the crane from 200 kg to 50 tons. The crane is designed for mounting in very confined working space, has minimcial envelopes in position for marching.

Hydraulic crane marine applications to rescue equipment (GCMs) – RB. Fully hydraulic crane marine quality rescue equipment to meet the requirements of Convention SOLAS/IMO. Crane ships fully assembled after testing.

Special crane for rescue boats (QMS-01-10). Marine crane for rescue equipment, with a rigid boom, with a hydraulic, electrohydraulic or electric actuator. Full compliance with the requirements of the SOLAS Convention. The faucet comes assembled, after certification testing.

SPU - FRB. Fully hydraulic withstart-lifting device for rescue equipment, crane meets the requirements of the Convention SOLAS/IMO. The crane is equipped with a system of constant cable tension and suspension system.

Lowering-lifting device for rescue equipment (SPU-01-15). SPU hydraulic or electric actuator, is used for lowering lifeboats into the water. Full compliance with the requirements of the SOLAS Convention. The apparatus is equipped with a constant tension of the cable and suspension system.

A system of continuous cable tension (SNT). System a constant tension of the cable is an optional extra allowing you to keep the rope in constant predetermined tension in pitching. The wave system allows to reduce the amplitude of the load in the vertical plane. 

The system of active compensation (SAK). The active heave compensation is an optional extra which allows to keep the load in a fixed position above the water surface or under water while conducting various operations, compensating for fluctuations of the ship on the wave. This is a more advanced system for optimizing the operation of the winch, the current in both directions and performing immediate compensation for vertical movement of cargo.
